Today I decided to do my run before 30 Day Shred. Results were great. I was able to run without my legs feeling like jello, and then had enough energy to sail through 30 Day Shred with no problems.
Completed 2 mile loop in 23:06. Pace 11:33

Workout today consisted of: 30 Day Shred 2 laps around .8 loop sprinting at different intervals
